About the service

The Moodwise website is a pilot website launched by Public Health Suffolk and Children and Young People Services thanks to funding from the Eastern Academic Health Science Network.

Moodwise is a central place where young people, aged 16-25, can go to find useful national and local resources. It asks you a simple set of questions to direct you to the most relevant support available that can help with five common emotional wellbeing issues: anxiety, depression, stress, anger and loneliness.

No personal information is collected and all content is NHS approved and has been quality assured by a clinician.
