The ultimate aim of this Moodwise service is to improve the wellbeing of young people in Suffolk, helping every young person to maintain good emotional wellbeing throughout their daily school, college, work and home life.
Bringing together different expertise, insights and research, we are finding out exactly what young people want, what can help them, and how they can quickly access information and tools that can support their emotional wellbeing and mental health.
How it works
This service supports young people, helping them explore ways they can look after their emotional wellbeing and find support if they are struggling. We do this by providing an easy to use online service which suggests wellbeing tools and information that can make you feel better.
Finding resources is simple – just browse topics on the homepage to find useful apps, websites and services. Resources can be sorted by relevance and popularity, and personalised to suit your individual needs.
We know that every young person has different needs, and finds support in their own way. With that in mind, we have been asking young people for their say on how we should design and develop this website. We’ll be adding more features as it grows.
We would like to hear from you if you have any ideas on how we can make this site even better as we want to make sure all young people in Suffolk can find the wellbeing support where, when and how they need it. Share with us what you think about Moodwise.
